Role: Temporary Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Contract: Temporary (until at least September)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: Based on £28,000 – £29,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for Temporary Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator for our client based in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Due to a period of long-term absence within the team, you will be providing additional support to help maintain a steady flow of candidates throughout our client’s busiest season.
As the Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator your key responsibilities will be;
Contacting candidates by phone from applications and job board searches.
Speaking with drivers, labourers and workshop staff about current opportunities.
Screening candidates and confirming their suitability for vacancies.
Preparing candidates for inductions and explaining the recruitment process.
Confirming candidate details and checking required information and documentation.
Supporting the recruitment team by assisting with a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
As the Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator will you have the following skills;
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or administration experience is preferred.
Confidence in making outbound calls to potential candidates.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage priorities
