Hourly Paid Lecturer in Hairdressing
Are you a passionate Hairdressing professional looking to inspire the next generation of stylists and barbers?
Lancaster & Morecambe College is seeking a Hourly Paid Lecturer in Hairdressing to join our Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy team. This involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning, developing engaging resources, assessing student progress, supporting study programmes and work placements, and contributing to curriculum development.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ recent commercial salon experience in hairdressing and barbering, a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, a recognised teaching qualification, and a commitment to helping learners achieve their potential. If you are enthusiastic about sharing your industry expertise, promoting excellence, and embodying our values of being Collaborative, Inclusive and Aspirational, we would love to hear from you.
