Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the region

Identify opportunities to expand services and reconnect with previous clients

*

Serve as the senior escalation point for service‑related issues

*

Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maintain dependable coverage

*

Monitor and improve performance against key regional metrics

*

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

*

Represent the organisation professionally, promoting high standards and continuous improvement

About You

Experience in sales, business development, regional management, account management, or a similar operational role

*

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships

*

Background in the healthcare sector and/or recruitment industry

*

Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, target‑driven environment

*

Confident using digital systems and performance‑tracking tools

*

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
