Small Works Supervisor – Leeds

Location: Leeds (M1 corridor travel – East Midlands to North East)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Company Van

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Small Works Supervisor to support projects up to £100k in value. The Small Works Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site activity, supply chain coordination, and ensuring smooth project delivery across multiple locations.

This Small Works Supervisor role involves regular travel across the M1 corridor, covering the East Midlands through to the North East. We are looking for a proactive and reliable Small Works Supervisor who can confidently manage site teams and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Site set-up and project mobilisation as Small Works Supervisor

* Day-to-day supervision of workforce and supply chain as Small Works Supervisor

* Managing projects up to £100k as Small Works Supervisor

* Maintaining project documentation as Small Works Supervisor

* Supporting project close-out and invoicing as Small Works Supervisor

Requirements

* SSSTS qualified (minimum)

* Technical trade background (Gas, AC, or Construction)

* Willing to travel across the M1 corridor

* Able to obtain SC clearance (British national preferred)

* Experience working in a supervisory capacity as a Small Works Supervisor

Desirable

* Experience scoping/pricing works

* Project management background
