Associate Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor

This client-facing role combines project delivery, cost consultancy and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will support office growth while progressing towards future team leadership.

Responsibilities

* Lead private sector project management and cost consultancy commissions

* Deliver projects from inception through completion

* Develop new client relationships across Birmingham and the West Midlands

* Support office growth, profitability and business planning objectives

* Report project and business performance to the Team Leader

Requirements

* MRICS qualified

* Two to five years' post-qualification consultancy experience

* Experience delivering both quantity surveying and project management services

* Strong private sector project leadership experience

* Established Birmingham and West Midlands market knowledge with business development experience

Salary & Package

* £70,000–£85,000 salary

* Annual profit share after 12 months
