Your Responsibilities
Support and, where appropriate, lead whole-class learning under teacher direction
Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience (essential)
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Confidence leading learning activities independently
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Experience supporting pupils with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, or learning difficulties) would be advantageous, but is not essential.
