Female Healthcare Assistant– Complex Care (Worcester)
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Female Support Workers to provide 1:1 support for a young child with complex clinical needs living with his family on a farm near Leominster.
This rewarding role involves supporting all aspects of daily living, delivering complex clinical care, and enabling him to enjoy the activities he loves. He is a happy little boy who enjoys spending time outdoors, riding on the family tractor, pony rides, puzzles, and being surrounded by his family and animals. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with children, has a caring nature, and is happy to support an active, family-focused lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and confident working independently, with a positive approach to supporting both clinical care and enjoyable daily activities. Due to the nature of the role, applicants should be able to safely assist with clinical interventions and community-based activities.
Essential Requirements:
* Female applicants only
* Full UK drivers Licence with access to own vehicle
* Comfortable working around animals, including dogs, horses, sheep, pigs, and cats
* Excellent communication skills
* A willingness to learn and develop complex clinical skills
Experience with tracheostomy care and supporting children is desirable; however, full training will be provided, and we welcome strong candidates who are keen to learn.
We are also offering all new candidates a £150 Welcome Bonus (terms and conditions apply)
