Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Working with the sales team with technical requests from customers
Offering technical solutions to customers at all stages of the design and sales processes.
Preparing, potentially with the support of other company's functions, the offer (technical configuration, cost estimation, delivery date estimation, etc.).
Identifying new potential opportunities for the business i.e. turnkey solutions, process sales
Project managementThis is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.

Experience & Skills needed:

Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering/HVAC or similar environment
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent
Ability to work with wider teams from design, sales, shop floor, projects etc.
Ability to work with and explain technical drawings and specifications
Strong customer service and support skills
