Working Pattern: Shifts available (days, nights, weekends)

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading Formula 1 team based in Enstone. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-performance carbon fibre components in a fast-paced and precision-driven environment.
Role Overview
As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials. Working to tight tolerances, you will play a key role in ensuring components meet the exacting standards required within Formula 1.
Key Responsibilities
* Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
* Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
* Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
* Carry out quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to meet production deadlines
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
* Proven experience as a laminator within F1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-end composites
* Strong understanding of composite materials and laminating techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Flexible approach to working shifts (days, nights, and/or weekends)
* Strong team ethic with the ability to work under pressure

* Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire (site-based role)
* Various Working Patterns Available
* Day shifts
* Night shifts
* Weekend shifts
(Shift allocation to be confirmed based on preference and availability)
Employment Details
* Employment Type: Contract
* Duration: Until end of 2026 (initial term)
* Hours: Full-time (shift-based)
