Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Sector: Specialist Civil Engineering & Structures

About The Client

The Client is a highly respected, 100% employee-owned specialist construction and civil engineering contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and structural projects across the UK. Operating in highly constrained and challenging environments (including major rail, aviation, and landmark commercial developments), they specialize in structural services, concrete frames, demolition, and specialist sub-contract packages such as passive fire protection. *

Technical Skills: Strong numeracy and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and construction cost-management software. Ability to accurately read and interpret structural drawings.

*

Contract Knowledge: Exposure to standard construction contracts, specifically NEC4 or JCT, is highly advantageous.

*

Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills for interfacing with site teams and subcontractors, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

*

Competitive salary tailored to experience.

*

Direct enrollment and benefits of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) scheme.

*

Structured career progression with ongoing mentorship and support toward RICS chartership or professional development.
