Generator Engineer
Portsmouth / Waterlooville / Chichester base ideal (However not completely necessary)
Drivers license and proven experience in servicing and maintaining generator sets required 😊
This is to work for a hugely established, and successful critical energy business with upwards of 60 staff.
As the new Generator Service & Repairs Engineer, you'll work predominantly on industrial standby diesel generators, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs at impressive commercial and industrial sites.
You’ll receive fantastic benefits such as:

Further Generator Engineer responsibilities include:
Conducting generator servicing, load bank testing, site surveys, equipment inspections, diagnostic fault finding, repairs and performance testing on industrial standby generator systems and associated critical power equipment.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on diesel generators, ensuring all generator systems operate safely and reliably.
Attending emergency generator breakdown call outs to diagnose and rectify faults, commissioning new generator installations and standby power systems, and providing customers with training on the safe operation and maintenance of their generator equipment.
