About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with a variety of needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Complex learning difficulties
Non-verbal communication needs
Physical disabilities
Healthcare and medical needs
Sensory processing needs
Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills, build independence, and celebrate their achievements.

We are looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs.
Patient, resilient, and caring in their approach.
Confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

Experienced in education, care, support work, or similar settings (desirable but not essential).
