About Us:

We are a teaching agency working with an inclusive and vibrant two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets who are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic SENDCo.

About Our Client:

We are working with a fully inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is a two- form entry school and located in a multicultural community. They are looking for a full-time SENDCo with some teaching responsibility. The school can offer a welcoming and enthusiastic environment with a talented and dedicated staff team. If you would like to work as a SENDCo, please read on!

Key Responsibilities for the SENDCo:

* Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy

* Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher

* Raise achievement of all pupils

* Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school as a SENDCo.

Required Skills and Qualifications for the SENDCo:

* QTS or equivalent.

* NASENCO qualification is desirable but not essential

* Track record of developing effective partnerships as a SENDCo

* Be an excellent practitioner

* UK classroom-based experience
