Electrical Qualified Supervisor
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join a well-established organisation delivering electrical maintenance and compliance services across a large social housing portfolio in West London.

The Role
As the Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll provide technical guidance to engineers, liaise with clients and stakeholders, carry out site inspections, and ensure all work complies with current regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, electrical regulations, and company procedures
Lead and support a team of electricians and specialist subcontractors
Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks
Monitor progress to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate work scheduling and resource allocation
Ensure testing equipment and electrical meters are calibrated and maintained
Provide technical advice and support to both operational teams and clients
Produce operational reports and maintain accurate compliance documentation
Coach, mentor, and support the ongoing development of your team
Manage company assets including vehicles, tools, PPE, and van stock
Attend client meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions
Support emergency call-outs and out-of-hours service delivery when required
About You
To be considered, you'll have:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation
AM2 qualification
City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Test & Inspection qualification
Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, or a similar environment
Experience supervising electrical operatives or managing electrical contracts
Strong knowledge of current electrical legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
