The Role - ASD Teaching Assistant
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with ASD, helping them engage confidently with classroom learning and daily routines. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement personalised strategies to encourage communication, independence, and positive behaviour. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with SEN to achieve their potential. Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD is essential.
