Location: SE/SW London
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent
We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a well-known team working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
* Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters and associated pipework.
* Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
* Completing wet work on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
* Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and faulty plumbing installations.
* Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
* Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred).
* Proven experience working within social housing, maintenance or domestic plumbing.
* Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works and powerflushing.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Strong customer-focused attitude.
