About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced Homecare Support Workers to join our growing team. You will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Support with medication in line with care plans and company policies
* Assist with meal preparation and ensure adequate nutrition and hydration
* Support mobility, including safe moving and handling
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Carry out light household duties where required
* Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
* Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments
* Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a UK care setting (essential)
* A caring, professional, and reliable approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable/essential depending on role)
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK – we do not offer sponsorship
