Purpose of the Role
To deliver high-quality Science teaching that inspires students, raises achievement, and supports their academic and personal development across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons.
Assess, monitor and support student progress.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental improvement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support student achievement.
Act as a Form Tutor where required.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of all students in line with school policies.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Degree in a Science-related subject.
