They noticed that many agencies treated candidates like numbers, and clients were not getting the personalised service they deserved. So, with no initial investment and only their determination and passion to fuel them, they set out to build something different.Today, we continue to raise the standard across the construction and engineering sectors, building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through trust, expertise, and exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Operations & Business Support
Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and wider business
Providing administrative support to recruiters, leadership and finance teams
Managing office supplies, equipment and IT orders
Supporting compliance administration and document managementSystems & Technology
Taking ownership of our Recruitly CRM and helping us maximise its capabilities
Maintaining data accuracy and improving system processes
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding administrationMarketing & Business Development Support
Assisting with social media scheduling and content administration
Supporting marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Conducting research to support sales and business development activities
Helping maintain company databases, reports and marketing materialsWhat We're Looking For
We're less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, genuine curiosity and willingness to get stuck in.
The ideal person:
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Has a proactive, "can-do" approach to solving problems
Enjoys supporting others and helping teams perform at their best
Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
Enjoys learning new systems and technology
Has strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
Naturally looks for ways to improve processes and make things work better
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the sameDesirable Experience
Previous experience in administration, operations, office support or coordination
Experience using CRM systems (Recruitly experience would be a bonus)
Interest in AI, automation and technology would be a plus
Experience supporting payroll, finance or compliance processes
Strong Microsoft Office and digital skills
