About the Role
Working in partnership with Northern Lights Learning Trust, Vision for Education are looking to recruit qualified teachers to work across a number of primary schools in the Hartlepool area.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are flexible, committed, and passionate about supporting young learners across a variety of school settings. You will have the chance to work within supportive school environments, delivering engaging lessons and making a real difference to pupils’ development.
Vision are offering both long term placements and ad hoc work, offering flexibility to suit your availability and making it ideal for those seeking a better work-life balance or varied teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess and monitor student progress
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for education and supporting young people
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
