We’re looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Brentwood on a full-time basis. You'll support pupils with additional needs and help create a classroom where every child feels safe, included, and able to learn in a way that works for them.
What your day could look like:
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping children stay engaged and access learning activities
• Working closely with teachers and SEND staff
• Building positive relationships and encouraging confidence
• Creating a calm, structured environment where pupils can thrive
We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally with SEND
• Brings patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Can stay calm when things get busy
• Loves celebrating the little wins because they often become the big ones
• Wants to make a genuine difference every day
