At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Engineering Learning Coach to join their expanding team based in Manchester.
This is a full time permanent Engineering Learning Coach role combining classroom delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 and Level 4 engineering qualifications.
You will play a key role as an Engineering Learning Coach in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers within the engineering sector.
What you will be doing:
• Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions as an Engineering Learning Coach face to face in the classroom and online
• Deliver Level 3 and Level 4 programmes including Lead Engineering Maintenance Technician, Engineering Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are achieved on time
• Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and achievement against deadlines
• Visit learners in the workplace across Cheshire to Yorkshire as an Engineering Learning Coach
• Provide constructive feedback that builds confidence and supports learner development
• Produce accurate reports and learner documentation
• Inspire and motivate learners to complete their qualifications successfully
What we are looking for:
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the region
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring or training others
• Ability to manage a varied workload and learner caseload effectively
• Passion for helping others succeed and develop their careers
Essential:
• Previous experience within education, training or teaching
• Assessor or teaching qualification
