- Manage daily production activities to meet schedules and customer delivery deadlines.
- Provide feedback to the CAM programming team to optimise manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to production control plans, quality procedures, and engineering standards.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team leadership and collaboration.
Knowledge/Expertise:
- Proven experience in 5-axis CNC machining, specifically with Matsuura and DMG Mori machines is vital.
