Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Service Operator to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.

Working hours for this role:

Flexable hours: 7AM - 3PM, 8AM - 4PM, 9AM - 5PM

Key duties will include:

Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production equipment and areas

Operate production equipment and automated systems within validated process parameters

Maintain high standards of GMP and health & safety compliance

Set up and verify production equipment, ensuring correct functionality and calibration

Your Background:

Goodnkowledge of GMP, Pharmacutical or regulated manufacturing enviroments
Strong understanding of GMP / GDP / quality standards

High attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
