We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who knows their way around the assembly world do join a well-established, down to earth engineering company.

You will be responsible for:

Attending production meetings
Ensuring production targets & KPI’s are achieved
Resolving issues/problems as they happen
Employee return to work meetings
Flexibility is needed for this role and will involve hands on work from time to time.

To be considered

Previous supervisor experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Experience running an assembly cell is advantageous
Clear communication skills
Strong people management skills
