Location: London

We are currently supporting a leading housing organisation in their search for an experienced Repairs Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in responsive repairs, contractor management, service delivery, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of efficient and effective repairs services.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure across repairs and maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Lead, support, and develop teams to deliver high-quality services to residents.

Candidate Criteria

• Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and service delivery targets.
• Knowledge of housing compliance and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
