We are partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing consumer brand going through a period of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a high-potential DTC business at a pivotal stage of growth, with plans to expand into retail within the next 12 months.

You will take full ownership of the marketing function, driving strategy through to execution across all channels. Working closely with the founders and wider team, you will shape the brand, deliver impactful campaigns, and build a scalable marketing engine.
This role suits a well-rounded, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy, from planning through to execution
Develop and manage a campaign calendar, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Lead quarterly campaign planning, including themes, briefs, and execution
Oversee a multi-channel marketing mix (paid, organic, social, influencer, CRM, etc.)
Manage and optimise performance across Meta and Google Ads (hands-on where needed)
Ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across all outputs
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns effectively
Collaborate with leadership on commercial strategy and growth opportunities
Support upcoming retail expansion, including brand adaptation for physical environments
Your skills & experience:

Proven experience in a DTC / subscription-based environment
A generalist marketer with strong understanding across all key channels
Experience with influencer and social marketing
Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a hands-on role
Strong commercial awareness and data-driven mindset
Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including planning and delivery
Energetic, ambitious and motivated by building something with real growth potential

Working Environment

4 days per week in the Hitchin office (Monday and Friday required onsite)
Core hours 9–5 with flexibility on start/finish times
Fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with high levels of ownership
