Key Responsibilities

Daily safety inspections, testing and pre‑opening checks across complex electrical systems
Planned preventative maintenance and rapid reactive repairs
Fault diagnosis using a methodical, analytical approach
Responding quickly to breakdowns and maintaining performance under pressure
Collaborating with mechanical teams and operations to ensure seamless system performance
Interpreting technical drawings, schematics and manuals
Completing maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately
Identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and safety
What We’re Looking For

Experience in electrical maintenance within a fast‑paced or industrial environment
Strong fault‑finding skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A proactive, hands‑on mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Level 3 qualification (or above) in an electrical discipline
Full UK driving licence
Experience with control systems, PLCs or automation is beneficial
