Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a Manufacturing Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability across production operations.

You will spend time understanding current processes before leading practical improvements on the shop floor.

Key Duties

* Analyse production processes and identify efficiency improvements.
* Support operations with day-to-day technical problem solving.
* Lead root cause analysis on downtime and quality issues.
* Work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to implement fixes.

Requirements

* Manufacturing experience (any regulated / fast-paced environment ideal).
* Lean / continuous improvement mindset (Six Sigma helpful).
* Strong analytical approach and comfortable on the shop floor.
