Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a temporary Training and Compliance Administrator to join our clients team in Stirling.

In this vital role, you will help support and look after the training and compliance needs of Facilities Management employees. If you have a sharp eye for detail and love keeping processes moving smoothly, we want to hear from you.

The Package

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days home-based, 2 days office-based at Robertson House, Castle Business Park, Stirling (FK9 4TZ).
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (with flexibility)

Key Duties

Receive training requests for employees, book them in following established processes, and liaise with the relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and maintain busy email inboxes to ensure no requests are missed.
Accurately track, log, and manage employee training certificates.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or compliance role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume email inboxes.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees and external providers.
Ability to hit the ground running immediately to cover this short-term sickness period.
