Work Strata are currently recruiting Sales Advisors to join a well-known Telecoms and Internet provider at its bustling call centre based in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant, fast-paced environment for a highly regarded business. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and sales-focused individuals who thrive in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the sales team, your duties will include:
Speaking to customers over the phone and talking them through our clients' products and services
Ensuring upselling ensuring that the customer is getting the best possible service
Liaising with customers in a professional and polite manner
Ensuring individual KPIs are met
Working as part of a team to ensure team targets are hit each week/month
