Project Communications Business Partner
Full-time, permanent role
Location: 5 days a week in Canary Wharf
Need to have solid construction experience
Main Responsibilities
Support Project teams in defining project hot topics
Conduct regular site visits
Arrange and direct photography and videos to capture key project events, including capture of construction capability
Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects
Integrate corporate branding and narrative into text, supported by relevant images
Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company's internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
Work with project teams and business development to deliver external-facing events and campaigns, e.g. ground-breaking, topping out, opening ceremonies, customer networking events
Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications and branding support
Work with our external digital agency to produce briefs for video production and digital content around key hot topics and technical projects to strengthen the brand position
Ensure the company's brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer
