Due to continued operational demand, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our Aberdeen facility.

This is a hands on warehouse and stores role where you will play a key part in supporting our logistics and inventory operations.

You will be responsible for the receiving, storage, picking, packing and despatch of goods, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with company procedures and HSEQ standards.

Working within a fast paced environment, you will support the Stores and Logistics team in achieving operational targets, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring goods are handled safely and effectively.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

* Experience working in a stores, warehouse, or logistics environment

* Ability to follow processes, procedures, and stock control systems

* Strong organisational and inventory management skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Strong focus on health & safety (HSE), quality and customer service

* Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

* Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (B1) or M3 certification

* Experience using warehouse management systems (e.g. Syspro, voice picking systems)

* Experience working within a Safety Management System or ISO environment

* Previous experience in engineering, industrial or oil & gas sectors

* Knowledge of stock control, goods-in/goods-out processes

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack and despatch goods accurately

* Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage or loss of inventory

* Carry out stock checks and inventory control activities

* Use systems such as Syspro, voice picking or stock registers

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

* Comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures

* Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

* Work collaboratively with internal departments and external suppliers

* Provide support across the business during peak workloads
