We are looking for an experienced fettler / Grinder to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE4. This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.

Grinding, finishing, and dressing metal castings/components
Removing excess material and surface imperfections
Operating hand-held power tools and fettling equipment safely
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
What we are looking for
Previous fettling, grinding, or metal finishing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ability to read engineering drawings
Strong work ethic and reliability
Awareness of workplace health and safety practices
Good attention to detail
