Senior Electronics Engineer – Medical Devices

Location: Maidenhead
Salary: Circa £70,000 + benefits
Working Pattern: Hybrid

I’m recruiting on behalf of my client for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing next-generation medical device technology.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of mixed-signal electronics design across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop mixed-signal electronic systems

* Support schematic capture, PCB layout guidance and board bring-up

* Lead EMC/ESD design, testing and issue resolution

* Support integration across hardware, firmware, optics and software

* Contribute to verification, validation and design transfer into manufacturing

Key Skills

* Strong mixed-signal electronics design experience

* Experience taking products from concept to production

* EMC/ESD design and debugging experience

* Knowledge of high-speed interfaces, sensors or imaging systems

* Schematic and PCB design tool experience, ideally Altium

* Understanding of signal integrity, grounding and power design

* Medical device or regulated industry experience would be beneficial
