Your responsibilities as Showroom Support Assistant

Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contact in the showroom.
Manage incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries efficiently.
Coordinate appointments, home surveys and project meetings for the design team.
Prepare quotations, presentations and customer documentation.
Maintain CRM records, coordinate product samples and support projects from order through to completion.
Assist with design presentations, CAD drawings where required, and respond promptly to new customer enquiries by arranging appointments.
What we're looking for in a Showroom Support Assistant

Previous experience within customer service, kitchens, interiors or a design-led environment.
Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, with experience maintaining CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
Experience within kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors or luxury retail would be advantageous.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
