What we are looking for:

* Experience of using MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

* Understanding of the principles of data protection

* Ability to work accurately under pressure and to prioritise work to meet deadlines

* Achievement of English and Maths at GCSE grade C/ 4 and above, or an equivalent

* Helpful and friendly manner with good interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provides a helpful and efficient telephone and counter service to students, college staff and public.

* Processes qualification registrations, examination entries and certification claims.

* Updates achievement on the student record database and dispatches examination results and certificates.

* Distributes examinations timetables and other necessary information to students, college staff and public.

* Ensures the accuracy, reliability and integrity of data.
