CNC Turner, Setter, Operator

Mon-Thursday Days 8am-5pm OVERTIME available outside of these hours

Our client is a small, friendly, and highly skilled team. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Turning Setter & Operator to join them on a permanent basis.

The CNC Turner role:

They are looking for someone who can confidently programme, set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc control is essential), work from engineering drawings, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

If candidates cannot programme, they will consider them if they have substantial experience however ideally, they are looking for programming experience.

* Strong experience setting & operating Fanuc-controlled CNC turners

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Solid background in manufacturing

* Practical problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation

* Hands on, proactive attitude with strong team spirit

* Ability to work independently and under pressure

* GCSEs or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

The CNC Turner role will offer:

* Monday–Thursday Day Shift hours

* 37 hours per week

* Overtime available on selected Fridays
