Class 1 Day Driver - Keighley
Major Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing day work based out of Keighley.
There is also an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent weekday work with competitive pay rates and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
Class 1 Day Driver
Based in Keighley
Start time: 05:30
Approximate 11-hour shifts
Trailer swaps, tip and reload work
Covering areas including:
Liverpool
Derby
Rochdale
Manchester
Carlisle
Typically completing deliveries/collections in 2 locations per day
Pay Rate (Whilst with Major Recruitment)
£15.52 per hour
Permanent Salary
Upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period, drivers can expect to earn approximately £43,300 per annum.
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations
Professional and reliable attitude
Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
