About the Opportunity

A leading and highly regarded property consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join its Land & Investment team based in Edinburgh.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated land and development professional to become part of an established team with a strong presence throughout Scotland. You will work closely with landowners, developers, investors, and institutional clients, supporting the ongoing expansion of the business within the Scottish market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering significant land and development transactions, offering strategic guidance to clients, and helping to secure new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

Land & Development Transactions

*

Manage land and development transactions from initial instruction through to successful completion.

Client Management

*

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients.

Business Growth

*

Generate new instructions and contribute to the team's fee income.

Strategic Advice

*

Deliver strategic guidance relating to land, development, and investment opportunities.

Cross-Team Collaboration

*

Partner with colleagues across the wider business to provide effective client solutions.

Team Development

*

Support and mentor junior team members to encourage their professional growth.

Team Contribution

*

Assist in shaping team strategy while contributing to overall growth and performance objectives.
