Salary: £51,331 - £63,553 | Total Package: Up to £73,808 (including bonus and allowances)

Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide a high-performing team and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading and developing a motivated care team
* Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
* Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people
* Managing referrals and admissions efficiently
* Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff

You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.

What you'll bring:
* Proven leadership skills in a children's care setting
* Strong understanding of SEMH needs and care standards
* Excellent communication and team management abilities
* Commitment to safeguarding and quality care

Required Education & Licences:
* Relevant childcare or social care qualification
* Appropriate safeguarding and health & safety certifications

Experience:
* Extensive experience in children's residential care, with a focus on SEMH support
* Track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance
