The Company
Our client is an innovative organisation specialising in advanced semiconductor materials and radiation detection technologies. Their products support critical applications across medical imaging, security, and nuclear industries worldwide.
Following continued growth, they are expanding their production team.
The Role
As a Furnace Operator, you will support the production of high-performance semiconductor materials in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Loading and monitoring semiconductor growth furnaces
* Recording and documenting process data accurately
* Following procedures to ensure quality and consistency
* Supporting continuous improvement of processes and equipment
* Working safely and collaboratively to meet production targets
Shift Pattern
* Current double day shifts:
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 10:00 – 18:00
* Flexibility required to move to a rotating shift pattern:
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
* Operated across 5 days out of 7, including potential weekend working
About You
Experience is not essential — we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You will bring:
