Are you a talented ARB-registered Architect looking to join a progressive and design-led architectural practice? Our client is seeking a motivated Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Architect, Associate, or Partner, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve outstanding design outcomes.
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the design and construction process while supporting the practice's commitment to high-quality architecture and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Delivery
Develop creative and practical design solutions in line with project briefs and regulatory requirements.
Produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across all RIBA Stages 0-7.
Support planning applications and technical submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Maintain a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and industry standards.
Participate in internal design reviews and CPD activities.Project Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and design workshops.
Assist with project programming and deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:

ARB registration (RIBA Parts I, II & III qualification pathway).
Strong design, presentation, and technical skills.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of UK construction methods, Building Regulations, and planning processes.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
The ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.Professional Development
