You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across production.
Key Responsibilities - Production Engineer
Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Support production teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience & Qualifications - Production Engineer
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques
Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (desirable)
Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent experience)
