What’s on Offer?

* Competitive salary: Trainee £26,000 (£500/week), rising to £31,000 after 2 years

* Workshop Technicians up to £35,000 + overtime + bonus (OTE £60,000+)

* Mobile Technicians up to £42,000 + overtime + bonus (OTE £70,000+)

* Uncapped overtime opportunities

* Up to 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

* Company vehicle (mobile roles)

Key Responsibilities

* Servicing and mechanical repairs on premium machinery

* Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostics

* Preparing and inspecting new and used equipment to manufacturer standards

* Maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service (mobile roles)

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent mechanical qualification, or strong hands-on experience

* Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile roles)

* Passion for engineering and continuous learning

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
