Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
OTE approximately £40,000 including bonuses and incentives
KPI bonus structure with potential earnings of up to £8,400 at 100% achievement
Additional earnings through per tyre sold and per Service Care sold commissions

Opportunities for ongoing career development in Bury St EdmundsDuties of a Service Advisor:
Assisting customers with vehicle service bookings and delivering expert advice
Conducting detailed vehicle health checks and explaining repairs clearly to customers
Managing workshop workflow to ensure efficient service delivery
Upselling appropriate maintenance and repair services to maximise workshop revenue
Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and parts used
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Minimum of three years' experience as a Service Advisor
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer focus with a keen commercial awareness
Valid UK driving licence
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
