Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: Up to £48,000 (DOE) Benefits
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
As a Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled), you will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery and services to ensure maximum operational efficiency. You will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across all equipment within your skillset.
Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer role:
Perform planned preventative maintenance across all site machinery and services
Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out effective repairs
Maintain blow moulding equipment and related processes
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment where required
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures and H&S standards
Accurately complete maintenance records and reports
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environmentSkills & Experience Required for this Maintenance Engineer role:
Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting
NVQ Level 3 (Electrical qualification essential)
Multi-skilled capability with both electrical and mechanical expertise
Knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and fault-finding
