We're Hiring: Corporate Account Executive

📍 Liverpool City Centre
🕘 Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)
💰 Base salary + bonus opportunities

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive to join a growing and fast-paced financial services and wealth management company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree in finance-related subjecs, or/and a background in customer service, sales, or administration who enjoys a varied, client-facing role.

You'll work closely with Corporate Account Managers to support the delivery of financial education programmes to public sector clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Support Corporate Account Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships
Coordinate and schedule seminars, managing logistics and Financial Coach diaries
Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone and email
Ensure all seminar delegates receive accurate and timely information
Maintain and update internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Monitor seminar feedback and take appropriate follow-up actions
Assist with identifying opportunities to grow client engagement and service delivery
Produce reports and data for internal and external use
Conduct regular system audits to ensure accuracy of client information

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
✅ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
✅ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✅ Confidence working in a target-driven environment
✅ A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce)
Knowledge of financial services or workplace financial education
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
