Your responsibilities as In-House Counsel

Provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of business activities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts and business terms
Support compliance with consumer, financial services and data protection regulations
Assist with disputes, complaints and wider legal risk management activities
Provide legal support on acquisitions, restructures and strategic business projects
Help strengthen governance frameworks, policies and legal best practice across the organisation
What we’re looking for in an In-House Counsel

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent legal qualification
Previous experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions
Ability to provide practical legal advice in a commercial environment
Working hours – Full-time, primarily office-based with occasional travel
