Male Support Worker (Complex Needs) - Stroud | £14/hr | Start by End of July
We're looking for a dedicated female Support Worker in the Stroud area to support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where your compassion and independence will make a real impact.
✨ The Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)
Support clients with a range of needs - emotional, behavioural, and practical
Join in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outings
Build strong, trusting relationships with service users
✅ You must:
Be Male, due to the personal nature of the care
Have experience managing complex needs and mental health
Be confident working independently
Hold a valid driving licence (business insurance preferred - support offered)
Ideally already have a DBS on the Update Service
Be fluent in English, as clear communication is essential
Start Date: By the end of July
